Residents are required to pay a $350 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a $35 monthly pet rent charge. All residents with a pet must sign the Animal Lease Addendum and abide by all lease guidelines.

All pets must be 30lbs (or less) at full growth.

RESTRICTED BREED LIST
Restricted breeds include the following:
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, American Bully, Cane Corso, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds.
